titleOfInvention | Sample Separation Apparatus and Method Using Microchip |
abstract | The present invention relates to a sample separation technique, which is intended to perform electrophoretic analysis by injecting a sample sampled using an ionic liquid not mixed with water into a channel through a capillary tip to a microchip. The inner wall of the capillary tip is coated with different materials to maintain the segmentation state at the injection portion, and the sample is separated from the ionic liquid at the beginning of the separation channel to complete the sample injection. According to the present invention, the signal loss due to the spread of the sample is prevented to the maximum, thereby providing excellent detection sensitivity and providing a high theoretical singularity, and a substance present in trace concentrations, and especially in a small volume of cells such as single cell analysis in life science research. It can be usefully applied to detection of various samples including detection of substances.n n n n Microchips, Trace Samples, and Sample Separation |
