titleOfInvention Chip for cell amplification reaction and isothermal amplification reactor using the same
abstract Compared with the conventional PCR method and the like, a cell amplification reaction chip capable of amplifying a target cell quickly and accurately without the risk of contamination, and an isothermal amplification reactor using the same are disclosed. To this end, the present invention includes a first passage for receiving a biological sample solution, a second passage for receiving a reagent, and a reaction chamber connected to the first passage and the second passage for accommodating the sample solution and the reagent. A chip for cell amplification reaction and an isothermal amplification reactor using the same are provided. According to the present invention, cells can be amplified more quickly and accurately without the risk of contamination, compared to conventional PCR methods, and can be used to detect genetic alterations, to diagnose susceptibility to genetic diseases or diseases, to evaluate gene expression, and to evaluate various genomes. It is applied to the project and has a useful effect for molecular biological research and disease diagnosis.
