abstract | The present invention relates to a composition for the prevention and treatment of obesity based on the autophagy containing the blastocyst extract, and more particularly, the activity of inhibiting the proliferation of fat cells by inducing the autophagy of blastocyte extract or fraction. The present invention relates to a method for separating an active ingredient from a gall which can be used as a composition for preventing and treating obesity, and to a composition for preventing and treating obesity containing a gall extract or fraction.n n n In other words, the gall extract according to the present invention induces autophagy of adipocytes in cell experiments, inhibits weight gain in obesity-induced animal models, and decreases the weight of animals inducing weight gain.
