titleOfInvention Method for producing self-assembled monomolecular film of thiol group-containing organic molecules
abstract The present invention relates to a method for producing a self-assembled monomolecular film of a thiol group-containing organic molecule, and more particularly, to form a metal thin film on a substrate, and to form a self-assembled monomolecular film of cycloalkane thiol as a transition layer on the metal thin film. By immersing the substrate on which the transition layer is formed on the metal thin film in a solution containing a thiol group-containing organic molecule, the thiol group-containing on the metal thin film by a substitution reaction between the transition layer and the thiol group-containing organic molecule. A method for producing a self-assembled monomolecular film of a thiol group-containing organic molecule is provided, which includes forming a self-assembled monomolecular film of organic molecules.n n n n Self-assembled monolayer, cycloalkane thiol, aromatic thiol, substitution reaction
