titleOfInvention Process for production of porous body and uses thereof
abstract The present invention provides a method of producing a porous body having different physical properties in a desired region by a porous treatment rather than a method of bonding two or more members which have been previously porous, by an adhesive or the like. The raw material containing a polymer and the solvent for raw material preparation is prepared. The said raw material prepares at least 2 or more types of raw materials of a different composition. And each said raw material is frozen so that it may become a desired shape, and the freezing body of each said raw material is formed. The formed frozen bodies are brought into contact with each other to form the aggregates of the frozen bodies, and the aggregates are exposed under conditions in which melting of the frozen bodies starts. Then, the aggregates are lyophilized. Thereby, a porous body having a region having different physical properties can be obtained. Such a porous body can be used, for example, as a scaffolding material such as anti-adhesion material or cell culture.
