abstract | The present invention relates to a method for preparing a crosslinkable hyaluronic acid (HA) derivative and a crosslinked product of the hyaluronic acid derivative, and more particularly, to carboxyl activation of hyaluronic acid or a salt or derivative thereof in a water-alcohol mixed solvent. A method for preparing a hyaluronic acid derivative comprising reacting with a dihydrazide compound of an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid in the presence of an agent and a crosslinked product of the hyaluronic acid derivative prepared accordingly.
