titleOfInvention A device and method for measuring metallic and semiconducting carbon nanotube ratios of carbon nanotube network transistors and a computer readable program for executing the method.
abstract The metallic and semiconducting carbon nanotube ratio measuring device of the carbon nanotube network transistor includes a transistor voltage measuring unit and a carbon nanotube ratio calculating unit. The transistor voltage measuring unit applies a preset voltage for measuring the resistance of the transistor to the bridge circuit, and measures the voltage between the source drain of the transistor when the gate voltage of the transistor is applied or not. The carbon nanotube ratio calculator calculates the metallic and semiconducting properties of the carbon nanotube network transistor using the ratio of the measured voltages between the transistor source drains and the predetermined relationship between the metallic and semiconducting ratios of the carbon nanotube network transistors and the ratio of voltages. Calculate the ratio of carbon nanotubes. By simply measuring the voltage between the source and drain of the carbon nanotube network transistor using a bridge circuit, it is possible to grasp the metallic and semiconducting properties of the carbon nanotubes. The ratio of metallic carbon nanotubes can be determined quantitatively.
