titleOfInvention Dielectric Magnetic Compositions and Electronic Components
abstract A dielectric ceramic composition having BaTiO 3 and BaZrO 3 , the dielectric ceramic composition comprising a plurality of dielectric particles 20 and a grain boundary phase 30, wherein the dielectric particles 20 containing BaTiO 3 as a main component are firstly formed. The dielectric particles 21 are the dielectric particles 20 containing BaZrO 3 as the main component. The second dielectric particles 22 are used, and the average crystal grain diameter of the first dielectric particles 21 is D1. When the average crystal grain diameter of the particles 22 is set to D2, the ratio (D2 / D1), which is the ratio of D2 to D1, is 0.04 to 0.33, D2 is 0.02 to 0.25 µm, and the sum of the first dielectric particles 21 The dielectric ceramic composition is characterized in that the ratio of the total number of the second dielectric particles 22 to the number is 0.10 to 2. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a dielectric ceramic composition which has a good breakdown voltage and is suitably used for a high pressure application having a high rated voltage (for example, 100 V or more).
