The present invention relates to a composition for enhancing memory and learning ability, and a composition for preventing and treating cognitive dysfunction, comprising a vibrator extract as an active ingredient. The present invention has the effect of inhibiting the activity of acetylcholinesterase, antioxidant activity (eg reactive oxygen species) and affinity with NMDA receptors to inhibit damage to nerve cells, especially nerve cells at the base of the cerebrum. The present invention not only enhances memory and learning ability through protecting and protecting neurons, but also exerts effects of preventing and treating diseases with cognitive impairment.
