titleOfInvention | New Real-time Detection of Nucleic Acids and Proteins |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for real-time detection of a nucleic acid reaction, and more particularly, to form a complex of a probe and a target nucleic acid in a condition that the nucleic acid probe can bind to a specific sequence of the target nucleic acid, and the probe fragments are targeted. Cleaving the probe bound to the specific sequence by using an enzyme so that other probes can bind to the specific sequence of the target nucleic acid separated from the nucleic acid, and detecting the target nucleic acid molecule by detecting the cleaved probe. The present invention relates to a method for detecting a target nucleic acid, and a method for detecting a specific protein associated with a nucleic acid amplification reaction. According to the present invention, the target nucleic acid and the target protein can be detected with high speed and sensitivity in real time. |
