abstract | The present invention relates to a nano-acrylic hybrid water-dispersed polyurethane composition in which an acryl group is introduced into a polyurethane, and a method for preparing the same, in which dimethylol propionic acid is added to a polyurethane prepolymer synthesis step and triethylamine is used for the carboxyl group of dimeltylol propionic acid. A neutral hydrophilic group was introduced, and methyl methacrylate was added to the prepolymer to react with ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, which acts as a crosslinking agent of methyl methacrylate. After that, the nano-acrylic hybrid water-dispersed polyurethane composition having excellent physical properties can be obtained by controlling the content of the acrylic monomer and increasing the bonding strength by the crosslinking reaction by the chain extension and the emulsion-free polymerization method. |
