The present invention provides a degassing apparatus using a hollow fiber made of fluorine resin comprising a degassing unit comprising a vacuum chamber having a vacuum pump and a plurality of fluororesin tubes installed inside the vacuum chamber. Is characterized in that both ends are configured to form a honeycomb shape by heat treatment.
