SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a laminated structure, a method of manufacturing the same, and a display device capable of reducing defects by preventing poor film formation or voids in an insulating film. n As a solution for this, a laminated structure 14 as an anode of the organic light emitting elements 10R, 10G, and 10B is provided on the flat surface 11A of the substrate 11. In the stacking structure 14, the adhesion layer 14B made of ITO, the reflective layer 14A made of silver or an alloy containing silver, and the barrier layer 14C made of ITO are laminated in this order from the substrate 11 side. The cross section in the stacking direction has a forward tapered shape. The sidewall surface 14E formed by the adhesion layer 14B, the reflective layer 14A, and the barrier layer 14C is completely covered by the insulating film 15 to prevent film formation defects or voids in the insulating film 15. It is preferable that the taper angle (theta) which the side wall surface 14E and the flat surface 11A make is 10 degrees or more and 70 degrees or less. The laminated structure 14 can also be used as a reflective electrode, a reflective film or a wiring of a liquid crystal display. |
