titleOfInvention | Anti-glare film |
abstract | The antiglare layer coats or casts the transparent plastic film with a liquid composition containing a polymer, a curable resin precursor (e.g., an ultraviolet curable resin), and a solvent, evaporates the solvent, and spinoidal decomposition. It is obtained by forming a phase separation structure and curing the curable resin precursor by light irradiation or other means. On the antiglare layer, a low refractive index resin layer is formed to provide an antiglare film. The anti-glare film thus obtained has a concave-convex surface structure in the anti-glare layer, isotropically transmits and scatters incident light, exhibits a maximum value of scattered light intensity at a scattering angle of 0.1 to 10 °, and has a total light transmittance of 70 to 100%. . The low refractive index layer may contain a fluorine-containing compound. Such anti-glare films prevent glare or image blur, and projection of the outer diameter on the display surface, even in high precision display devices, and reduce contrast to improve contrast.n n n n Anti-glare film, anti-glare layer, low refractive index layer, curable resin precursor, polymer, spinodal decomposition |
