The waste water containing the organic fluorine compound introduced into the raw water tank 1 is filtered by the filter 4, and then, in the first relay tank 5, microorganisms, micro nanobubble generation aids, and nutrients are mixed with the micro nanoparticles. The bubble generator 7 contains micro nanobubbles to produce the water to be treated. The water to be treated is supplied to the activated carbon tower 14, and the organic fluorine compound in the water to be treated is decomposed by the microorganism. |
