titleOfInvention Composition and manufacturing method of conductive elastomer
abstract The present invention is composed of FEVE (Fluoroethylene-Alkyl Vinyl Ether) alternating copolymerization body and organic solvent in which EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Terpolymer) rubber has a conductive additive and a positive coefficient of electrical resistance-temperature characteristics. The present invention relates to a composition of a conductive elastomer in which a cured product is formed by crosslinking by hydrogen siliconization.n n n In the method of curing a dispersion composite conductive elastomer in which carbon black is filled with EPDM rubber, organic peroxide is useful for press molding, injection molding, transfer molding, etc., but it cannot be used for hot air molding, which is a dip coating method. The amorphous polymer of EPDM has problems related to the safety of an electric heating element in which swelling and electrical resistance-temperature characteristics due to a hydrocarbon solvent can be a negative coefficient.n n n The present invention relates to fluoro olefin and vinyl ether in which ethylene propylene (Ethylene propylene diene terpolymer), conductive carbon black, and electrical resistance-temperature characteristics exhibit positive coefficients. Consists of copolymerized fluoropolymers and organic solvents to solve this problem by cross-linking by hydrosilylation (Hydrosilyation).n n n As described above, according to the present invention, oil resistance and electric resistance-temperature characteristics, which are the hot air molding by the impregnating coating and the safety of the electric heating element, are expressed by positive coefficients, thereby providing a safe electric heating element.n n n n Hydrogen silicide, fluoropolymer, crosslink, EPDM, carbon black, aluminum hydroxide
