titleOfInvention Microbial preparation for restoration of oil-contaminated soils, preparation method thereof and biological restoration method of oil-contaminated soil
abstract The present invention relates to a microbial agent for biologically restoring an oil contaminated soil, a method for preparing the same, and a method for restoring an oil contaminated soil using a microbial agent. The microorganisms used in the present invention are selected from six kinds of microorganisms ( Klebsiella) which are judged to have excellent degradability and applicability to oil components in contaminated soil in order to minimize the impact on the ecosystem by the microbial agent. pneumoniae DM, Enterobacter caucerogenus DM, Acinetobacter calcoaceticus DM , Pseudomonas stutzeri OX1, Rhodococcus erythropolis, Pseudomonas putida ), the present invention derives the optimal composition of the mixed preparation consisting of these microorganisms and the composition and characteristics of the mixed microbial preparation which optimizes the mobility in soil for treating oil-contaminated soils with in - situ and ex - situ . . The microbial mixed microbial preparation of the present invention has been proved to be excellent as a microbial agent for oil pollution soil restoration by comparing the TPH degradation rate by applying on a laboratory scale and field scale.
