titleOfInvention Method for manufacturing a vacuum insulated element enclosed in a thin film and filled with a powder
abstract FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for producing a vacuum insulated device (1), especially in the form of a panel, enclosed in a thin film and filled with a powder, in which case it is formed from a high-barrier film (2). In the bag 1 with one side 6 open, a loose powder 4 is injected, in particular poured, through the opening 6 of the bag. In the region of the opening 6 of the thin film bag 1 filled with powder as described above, filter material 8 that can pass air but cannot pass the powder dust 4 is inside the thin film bag 1. By being fixed, the inside of the bag is closed in a dustproof manner but air can continue to be discharged. The inner space of the thin film bag 1 closed by the dust shielding method is then evacuated, and finally the vacuumed film bag is closed by air blocking method in a vacuum state.
