titleOfInvention Internal and external circulating acid gas removal device for high temperature flue gas powder absorber containing sulfur oxide and boron compound and acid gas removal method using the same
abstract The present invention relates to an internal and external circulating acidic gas removing apparatus and a method for acidic gas using the same, containing a sulfur oxide and a boron compound for high temperature exhaust gas powder absorbent. Sulfur oxides and boron compounds, which are air pollutants and soil pollutants contained in the high-temperature flue gas emitted from the fossil fuel combustion device or glass melting furnace, are sprayed with water and injected with Ca (OH) 2 alkaline powder absorbent for high temperature to simultaneously remove and react The reaction rate of the powder adsorbent, bromine compound and sulfur oxides is increased by the fluidization reaction, the residual boron compound and sulfur oxides are removed by the internal circulation of the unreacted absorbent in the apparatus, and the discharged unreacted absorbent is collected in the powder recycling cyclone. The present invention relates to an internal and external circulation type acid gas removing device and a method for removing the powder absorbent for high-temperature flue gas which induce recycling to remove almost 100% of the powder absorbent, bromine compound and sulfur oxide.
