titleOfInvention Method for producing spherical activated carbon
abstract The copper-doped titanium dioxide nanoparticles, which are known to be nontoxic to humans and are mostly nontoxic to the human body, are synthesized into palm kernel keratin powder, and then subjected to molding, carbonization, and activation steps. Provided is a method for producing spherical activated carbon having sufficient disinfecting power even where it does not reach and having high photocatalytic reaction efficiency. The titanium dioxide eluting material is mixed with the first solvent to produce a first sol. Doping copper chloride in a second solvent to form a second sol, followed by mixing, stirring, and activating the first sol and the second sol to produce a titanium dioxide activated sol mixture doped with copper chloride; Palm tree keratin powder doped while stirring while injecting the copper chloride doped titanium dioxide activated sol mixture to the hydrolysis to produce a palm tree keratin powder synthesized copper and titanium dioxide photocatalyst. Coconut keratin powder synthesized with the copper and titanium dioxide photocatalyst is concentrated to remove remaining air, solvent, and distilled water. Coconut keratin powder synthesized with the concentrated copper and titanium dioxide photocatalyst is mixed with the grass, molded into a spherical molding, and dried. The dried spherical moldings are carbonized and activated.
