titleOfInvention Reduction method of iron oxide powder and circulating fluidized bed reduction device using the same
abstract The present invention relates to a method for reducing iron oxide powder and a circulating fluidized bed reducing apparatus using the same, and more particularly, iron oxides such as FeO, Fe 2 O 3 , and Fe 3 O 4 generated from by-products of the steel industry and other natural products. The present invention relates to a method for reducing iron oxide powder for producing ductile iron (Fe) by removing oxygen by contacting a high temperature reducing gas in a device circulating in a fluidized bed, and a reducing apparatus using the same.n n n In the method of reducing iron oxide powder of the present invention, a method for reducing iron oxide to produce ductile iron, includes a reduction step of reducing the iron oxide powder in the circulating fluidized bed reactor to reduce the ductile iron by reducing gas.n n n According to the present invention, it is possible to manufacture nano-sized iron and iron having an increased specific surface area by preventing agglomeration of iron oxide particles at a high temperature, and it is effective to reduce low-grade iron oxide generated as a by-product of ironworks to zero iron, which is a useful environmental material. Resources can be recycled.n n n n Iron oxide, Young's iron, Fluidized bed, Fixed bed, Pickling waste
