abstract | The present invention relates to the development of a radioimmunoconjugate for the diagnosis and treatment of cancer or metastatic cancer, and to a cancer or metastatic cancer inhibitor using the same, and specifically, to a vascular endothelial growth factor receptor target antibody as a metastatic cancer marker. Radioimmunoconjugates labeled with gamma, beta, or alpha-emitting radioisotopes with similar properties maintain protein structural stability and immune activity, and efficiently adsorb to the surface of vascular endothelial cells, thereby pre-metastic sites.
