abstract |
The present invention relates to a composition for inducing maturation of dendritic cells, and more particularly, to a dendritic cell maturation inducing composition containing bacterial flagellin, tumor necrosis factor, interferon, or a mixture thereof as an active ingredient. The dendritic cell maturation inducing composition can efficiently induce maturation from immature dendritic cells to mature dendritic cells, and thus can be used as a maturation derivative of new dendritic cells and as a new therapeutic agent for the treatment of tumors. |
