abstract |
The present invention relates to a solid fuel manufacturing method using the sewage sludge cake, the first step of drying the water content of 70 ~ 85% sludge cake to 60% moisture content by a natural drying method, 50 parts by weight of pyrolytic dry carbon carbide, 50% by weight of crushed chaff and dried powder of waste polyester resin to 200 parts by weight of firstly dried sewage sludge (solid content), followed by secondary drying to 35-40% of water content, Add 330 to 380 parts by weight of anthracite powder to the secondary dried fuel mixture to adjust the calorific value to 5,500 kcal / kg to 5,600 kcal / kg, and add 30 parts by weight of seaweed extract concentrate and 5 parts by weight of deodorant as a binder to obtain a homogeneous fuel mixture. Obtaining it and forming it into a fuel molding and drying it may be referred to as a method for producing a solid fuel using sewage sludge comprising the step of drying to a moisture content of 10 to 12%. |
