abstract | The present invention discloses a method of manufacturing a conductive pattern on a flexible substrate. There is provided a flexible substrate having a conductive layer. The protective ink is screen printed on the conductive layer so that a portion of the conductive layer is exposed through the protective ink. The protective ink is used as an etch mask to remove the exposed portion of the conductive layer. The protective ink is then removed to provide a conductive pattern having a minimum line width of 150 μm or less. The present invention also provides a composition of the protective ink. |
