titleOfInvention | Human thrombin production method by genetic recombination technology |
abstract | Provides recombinant human thrombin. Human thrombin is produced by (1) culturing transfected animal cells transfected with an expression vector in which a gene encoding human prethrombin is introduced downstream of a promoter to generate and accumulate human prethrombin in the culture supernatant. Recover;n n n (2) treating the solution containing human prethrombin recovered in step (1) with ecarin to convert human prethrombin to thrombin;n n n (3) Purifying the solution obtained after the activation process to obtain purified human thrombin, efficiently produced by genetic engineering techniques. The present invention excludes blood-derived components, allowing for the provision of large amounts of human thrombin in a safe and economical manner.n n n n Human thrombin, genetic recombination |
