titleOfInvention Field Emission Backlight Device
abstract The present invention relates to a field emission type backlight device. The disclosed field emission type backlight device includes a front substrate and a rear substrate disposed side by side at predetermined intervals, an anode electrode and a cathode electrode formed to face each other on inner surfaces of the front substrate and the rear substrate, and a predetermined thickness on the anode electrode. And a convex portion formed with a plurality of protrusions on an outer surface opposite to the anode electrode of the front substrate, and an electron emission source formed on the cathode electrode to emit electrons by an electric field.
