titleOfInvention | Shoe press belt |
abstract | In the shoe press belt 10, a reinforcing fiber base 6 is embedded in a polyurethane layer, and the outer circumferential layer 2a and the inner circumferential layer 2b are formed of polyurethane. The polyurethane layer constituting the outer circumferential layer 2a contains a polyurethane obtained by reacting and curing the urethane prepolymer (A) and the curing agent mixture (B). The urethane prepolymer (A) is obtained by reacting an isocyanate compound selected from p-phenylene diisocyanate and 4,4'-methylenebis (phenyl isocyanate) with polytetramethylene glycol, and has an isocyanate group at its terminal. The curing agent mixture (B) contains 1,4-butanediol and an aromatic polyamine having an active hydrogen group (H). Thereby, the shoe press belt has excellent wear resistance, crack resistance and flex fatigue resistance. |
