titleOfInvention | Process for producing cycloolefin |
abstract | In the present invention, in the presence of a ruthenium catalyst, water, and a metal sulfate, a monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbon is partially hydrogenated to react with hydrogen to prepare a cycloolefin, and the concentration of chlorine ions dissolved in water in which the catalyst is present is 300 wtppm or less. A part or all of the said catalyst is regenerated and used, and the fall of catalyst activity and cycloolefin selectivity is suppressed. It is preferable to use zinc sulfate as said metal sulfate, and it is preferable that the raw material and catalyst which are used for reaction have reduced chlorine ion content. By this method, it is possible to suppress the decrease in activity of the catalyst and the selectivity of the cycloolefin over a long period of time. In addition, the catalytic activity after catalyst regeneration and the selectivity of cycloolefin are also maintained high. As a result, cycloolefin can be manufactured efficiently for a long time.n n n Cycloolefin, ruthenium catalyst |
