titleOfInvention Piezoelectric Composition
abstract The piezoelectric composition of the present invention is represented by the general formula {(1-x) (K 1 -a- b Na a Li b ) m (Nb 1 -c- d Ta c Sb d ) O 3 -x (K 1/4 Na 1/4 M3 1/2 ) M4O 3 }, while M3 is at least one metal element selected from Yb, Y, In, Nd, Eu, Gd, Dy, Sm, Ho, Er, Tb, and Lu M4 is composed of at least one metal element selected from the group consisting of Ti, Zr, and Sn, and x, a, b, c, d, and m are each 0.001≤x≤0.l, 0≤a ≤ 0.9, 0 ≤ b ≤ 0.3, 0 ≤ a + b ≤ 0.9, 0 ≤ c ≤ 0.5, 0 ≤ d ≤ 0.1, 0.7 ≤ m ≤ 1.3. As a result, the sintering resistance can be eliminated, a sufficiently desired piezoelectric characteristic can be obtained, a sufficient firing temperature width can be ensured to a degree suitable for mass production, and the occurrence of polarization failure can be suppressed to improve the product yield.n n n n Piezoelectric composition, metal element, sinterability, firing temperature range, poor polarization
