abstract The present invention relates to the development of a vector pEGexp for a fusion protein for expression of epitopes and gene fragments of Helicobacter pylori, by inserting the 5 'terminal side of the GroEL protein with high expression in the Helicobacter pylori gene using an E. coli expression vector. Use as an expression inducing protein and insert the thrombin action domain at the bottom. Then, various restriction enzyme sites were inserted to prepare Helicobacter pylori gene fragments.n n n This vector has the advantage of expressing all, part, and fragment of genes in the form of fusion protein and separating proteins of the inserted gene using thrombin, and the epitope of Helicobacter pylori and various gene domains are fused with induced protein. As it is expressed in the state, it can be widely used to study the function of the epitope and the role of the domain.
