titleOfInvention Agents containing 3- (3-dimethylamino-1-ethyl-2-methyl-propyl) phenol and having a delayed release of the active ingredient
abstract The present invention relates to pharmaceutical formulations characterized in that the release of the active ingredient is delayed. The formulation contains one of 3- (3-dimethylamino-1-ethyl-2-methyl-propyl) phenol or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in the matrix to which the release of the active ingredient is delayed. The matrix contains 1 to 80% by weight of one or more hydrophilic or hydrophobic polymers as a pharmaceutically acceptable matrix former and exhibits the following dissolution rate in vitro: relative to 100% by weight of active ingredient, 3- (3-dimethyl 3 to 35% by weight of amino-1-ethyl-2-methyl-propyl) phenol is released after 30 minutes, and 5 to 50% by weight of 3- (3-dimethylamino-1-ethyl-2-methyl-propyl) phenol Released after 1 hour, and 10 to 75% by weight of 3- (3-dimethylamino-1-ethyl-2-methyl-propyl) phenol was released after 2 hours, and 3- (3-dimethylamino-1-ethyl-2 15-82% by weight of -methyl-propyl) phenol is released after 3 hours, 30-97% by weight of 3- (3-dimethylamino-1-ethyl-2-methyl-propyl) phenol is released after 6 hours, 3 50 weight% or more of-(3-dimethylamino-1-ethyl-2-methyl-propyl) phenol is released after 12 hours, and 70 weight of 3- (3-dimethylamino-1-ethyl-2-methyl-propyl) phenol More than 18:00 After being released, 3- (3-dimethylamino-1-ethyl-2-methyl-propyl) phenol of 80% or more is released after 24 hours. n n n n 3- (3-dimethylamino-1-ethyl-2-methyl-propyl) phenol, delayed release, matrix, hydrophilic or hydrophobic polymer, matrix former
