titleOfInvention Ceramic composition for heat sinks and heat sinks with excellent heat dissipation and heat absorption characteristics
abstract The present invention relates to a ceramic composition for a heat sink and a heat sink using the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a heat sink ceramic composition having excellent heat absorption and heat dissipation characteristics, which is installed in an electric and electronic product, and used for a heat sink for dissipating heat generated inside a battery electronic product, and a heat sink using the same. The present invention is installed in the heat generating unit for a heat sink which transfers the heat generated from the heat generating unit to the outside and has a thermal conductivity, and a ceramic material having thermal radiation and insulation and a phase change material having heat absorption It is formed by coating a ceramic composition on one side of the heat conducting portion, characterized in that it comprises a heat absorbing layer for absorbing heat transferred to the heat conducting portion. According to the present invention, a heat absorbing layer including a ceramic composition having excellent heat absorbing properties and heat generating properties is formed on one side of the heat conducting portion, and heat generated from electrical and electronic products without increasing the number of heat sinks or forming a complicated structure. Since the heat sink can be effectively discharged, the heat sink can be manufactured efficiently and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
