abstract The present invention (the Streptomyces Streptomyces MRS Venezuela venezuelae ) relates to a method for increasing the production of polyketide, a useful bioactive substance, in the production of pikD regulatory gene expression vectors and additionally injecting the heterologous tylactone (TL) and desosami in Streptomyces venezuela It relates to the applicability for the production of heterologous polyketides of pikD modulators by increasing the production of desosaminyl tylactone (DesTL). The present invention has an excellent effect of providing a method of increasing the productivity of Streptomyces with high growth rate but low productivity of heterologous macrolead.
