titleOfInvention | A method for producing vascular stem cells capable of differentiating into vascular cells through reprogramming from adult labia stems derived from the labia minora, and its use as a cell therapeutic agent of differentiated cells |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for differentiating adult labia-derived adult cells into vascular endothelial progenitor cells through a process of reprogramming and the use of the differentiated cells as a cell therapeutic agent. In accordance with the present invention, adult cells isolated from the labia majora were cultured in low glucose DMEM medium, thereby allowing large-scale proliferation while maintaining multipotency. The cells were treated with VEGF in MAPC medium to differentiate into vascular endothelial progenitor cells. The adult cells were also treated with EBM-2 basal medium, 2% FBS, 0.04% hydrocortisone, 0.4% bFGF, 0.1% VEGF, 0.1% IGF-1, 0.1% Vitamin C, 0.1% EGF, 0.1% GA-1000 and When cultured in EGM-2 medium consisting of 0.1% heparin was able to induce differentiation into vascular endothelial progenitor cells. By inducing differentiation through the process of EGM-2 medium, adult cells separated from the labia minora were able to induce differentiation into vascular endothelial progenitor cells through reprogramming. Vascular endothelial progenitor cells differentiated as described above can be used for ischemic vascular disease and other cardiovascular treatments.n n n n Adult cells, reprogramming, reprogramming, differentiation, vascular endothelial progenitor cells, low glucose DMEM medium, MAPC medium, EGM-2 medium |
