titleOfInvention | Method for preparing low molecular weight fractionated bioactive concentrated fraction using black garlic |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for producing a sterilized nano-size fractionated bioactive concentrated fraction by filtration from aged black garlic, and more specifically, to liquefying aged and semi-dried viscous black garlic at a high concentration. The present invention relates to a method for preparing a fractionated physiologically active concentrated fraction of a specific molecular weight by size by filtration and fractionation by a specific low molecular weight size through filtration. The black garlic of the present invention is expected to be applicable to various uses as a sanitary and long-term preservation as well as low molecular weight, while maintaining the active ingredient, as well as low molecular weight. |
