titleOfInvention | Stabilization method of reduced coenzyme Q10 |
abstract | Provided are methods for stabilizing reduced coenzyme Q 10 useful for nutritional functional foods and certain health foods, and methods for preserving reduced coenzyme Q 10 . In addition, the present invention provides a method for efficiently obtaining reduced coenzyme Q 10 having excellent quality using an industrially appropriate method. By contacting reduced coenzyme Q 10 with ascorbic acid or citric acid, it is possible to obtain a composition which can protect reduced coenzyme Q 10 from molecular oxygen and stably store it. In addition, reduced coenzyme Q 10 crystallizes in the presence of ascorbic acids. Therefore, it is possible to crystallize while minimizing the by-product of the oxidized coenzyme Q 10, can provide a reduced coenzyme Q 10 of high quality. Further, by using the ascorbic acid or a related compound thereof reduced by it converts the oxidized coenzyme Q 10 to reduced coenzyme Q 10, generating the reduced coenzyme Q 10 to continue the crystallization by high quality of the reduced form in a simple manner in a short period of time in the presence of ascorbic acid or a related compound thereof Coenzyme Q 10 can be prepared.n n n Reduced coenzyme Q10, oxidized coenzyme Q10, citric acid, ascorbic acid, alcohols, water-soluble solvents, crystallization, hydrocarbons, nitriles |
