Levels and Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL) levels relate to novel Bifidobacterium longgum strains that lower and cholesterol lowering agents or foods containing the strains.n n n Novel Bifidobacterium long gum of the present invention longum ) is not only excellent in reducing blood cholesterol, but also inhibits the activity of harmful enzymes in the intestine, increases the number of lactic acid bacteria in the intestine, and increases the water content in feces. It can be used in various lactic acid bacteria products.
