abstract The present invention relates to a flame-resistant mat using a flame-retardant expanded rubber, a flame-retardant expanded rubber and a method for producing the same. According to the present invention, in the flame-resistant mat formed by bonding the flame-retardant expansion rubber and aluminum tape, the flame-retardant expansion rubber is 15 to 34% by weight of the base resin, 53 to 70% by weight of the inorganic flame retardant, 5 to 10% by weight of the expanding agent, 2.5 to 4.5 wt% blended oil and 0.1 to 2 wt% crosslinking agent. According to the present invention, it is possible to conveniently install a flame prevention mat in a non-flammable cable installed in construction, ships, railways, shipyards and the like. In addition, by using a flame-retardant expanded rubber to which an expanding agent such as expandable graphite is added, it is possible to effectively prevent flame propagation by allowing the flame-retardant expanded rubber to continue the expansion operation in the entire process from early low temperature to high temperature.
