titleOfInvention Dye-Sensitized Solar Cell and Manufacturing Method Thereof
abstract Dye-sensitized solar cell and its manufacturing method are provided. The dye-sensitized solar cell includes a lower substrate and an upper substrate spaced apart from each other, a semiconductor electrode layer disposed on the lower substrate, a dye layer adsorbed on the surface of the semiconductor electrode layer, and an electrolyte solution disposed between the lower and upper substrates. In this case, the upper surface of the lower substrate adjacent to the semiconductor electrode layer is formed to have at least one groove that can increase the contact area with the semiconductor electrode layer.
