titleOfInvention | New Hepatitis C Virus Mutant with Increased Replication and Infectivity |
abstract | The present invention relates to a novel variant of hepatitis C virus (HCV) genotype 2a JFH-1 with increased replication and infectivity, wherein the novel variant of the present invention is the NS5A gene C-terminus or NS5B gene N-terminus of JFH-1. Certain amino acids of are mutated strains. The mutant strain according to the present invention exhibits a marked improvement in infectivity and replication ability, whereas the cell culture has a reduced toxicity compared to the existing HCV virus, and the infectivity of the virus particles generated therefrom is also high, which is caused by HCV. It can be usefully used for the development of therapeutic drugs.n n n n Hepatitis C Virus, HCV, Cell Culture, Replicon, Replication, Infectious, JFH-1, Genotype, NS5A, NS5B, Mutant, Cytotoxic |
