titleOfInvention Nickel catalyst supported on zirconia-titania composite metal oxide, preparation method thereof, and hydrogen production method by autothermal reforming reaction of ethanol using the catalyst
abstract The present invention relates to a nickel catalyst supported on a zirconia-titania composite oxide, a method for preparing the same, and a method for producing hydrogen by autothermal reforming of ethanol using the catalyst, and more specifically, by ethanol autothermal reforming. In the catalyst used to produce hydrogen, the catalyst is supported by Ni / Zr by supporting nickel metal in a ratio of 1 to 50 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of a zirconia-titania composite oxide carrier prepared by simultaneously hydrating and condensing a titanium or zirconium precursor. a Ti b O 2 (0 <a <1, 0 <b <1 and a + b = 1, wherein the nickel catalyst supported on the zirconia-titania composite oxide having a chemical formula of | ab | ≧ 0.2), The present invention relates to a method for producing hydrogen and an autothermal reforming reaction of ethanol using the catalyst. When hydrogen is produced by autothermal reforming reaction of ethanol using the nickel catalyst supported on the composite metal oxide according to the present invention, it is possible to maintain a high activity for a long time and produce abundant content of hydrogen due to less product by side reaction.
