abstract The present invention provides a substrate, a first electrode formed on the substrate, a second electrode formed on the first electrode, and the first electrode and the first electrode to reduce an energy barrier between the electrode and the organic film and to improve electrical characteristics of the organic light emitting device. An organic light emitting device includes an intermediate layer interposed between two electrodes and having an organic light emitting layer and a hole injection layer, wherein the hole injection layer is in contact with the first electrode and contains copper iodide (CuI).
