abstract | The present invention relates to a composite material comprising a substrate having first and second surfaces, a boundary layer consisting of one or more compositions, and a topical coating agent. The boundary layer is applied to the first surface of the substrate and the topical coating agent is applied to the surface opposite the substrate of the boundary layer.
