titleOfInvention | Self-lubricating rubber composition |
abstract | BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a self-lubricating rubber composition of anti-vibration rubber that absorbs vibrations transmitted to a vehicle body during assembly of a suspension system of an automobile. The rubber composition according to the present invention is 60 parts by weight of carbon black as a reinforcing agent, 5.0 parts by weight of zinc oxide as a vulcanizing agent, 2.0 parts by weight of stearic acid as an activator, 1.0 parts by weight of sulfur as a vulcanizing agent, and a vulcanization accelerator based on 100 parts by weight of raw rubber. 0.5 parts by weight of diphenylguanidine, 1.5 parts by weight of polymerized 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2 dihydroquinoline as a defoaming agent, 6 parts by weight of the first process oil, 7 parts by weight of the second process oil, and the first silicone-based 1.5 parts by weight of oil, 2 parts by weight of the second silicone oil, 8 parts by weight of the first fatty acid amide, and 8 parts by weight of the second fatty acid amide are added and used. Therefore, the rubber composition of the present invention provides an effect of maximizing the lubricity of the rubber by including a softener in the rubber composition to minimize the wear due to the unique adhesiveness of the rubber.n n n Rubber composition, lubricity |
