abstract The present invention provides a glass structure having a fine powder attached thereto and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein the fine powder such as nanoparticles can be attached to the surface of the glass structure so as to utilize the properties of the glass itself and apply the function of the fine powder. The structure and method include a porous carrier having fine pores attached to the substrate and a fine powder supported on the porous carrier so that a portion of the substrate which is converted to a liquid state with a decrease in viscosity without being exposed to a constant melting point upon application of temperature is exposed. Heat is applied to the substrate to supply a carrier on which a fine powder is supported to a flexible soft layer by heating part of the substrate to bond the carrier and the soft layer.
