titleOfInvention | Method of removing surfactant and higher fatty acid in hair dye and simultaneous analysis of main ingredients in hair dye |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for removing surfactants and higher fatty acids in hair dyes and a method for simultaneous analysis of main components in hair dyes. C18 SPE was used to remove inorganic ions and polymers and extract the main components. The instrument used to isolate 20 major components was 2-D HPLC. The analysis wavelength 240nm mobile phase solution was analyzed using ammonium acetate and hexane sulfonic acid and column was C1. The experimental results showed that the linear correlation coefficient r 2 was 0.9938 ~ 1.0000, the detection limit was 0.067ppm ~ 2.47ppm, the detection limit was 0.02ppm ~ 0.74ppm, and the recovery rate was 84.6 ~ 100.3% and the retention time RSD (%) Was less than 0.62%, and good results were obtained, and analysis time was also reduced by 24%. As a result of the research, the basis for the quantitative analysis of the main components of hair dye was laid.n n n n Hair Dye, Surfactant, High Fatty Acid, C18 SPE, 2-D HPLC |
