Feed additive containing a rare earth element according to the present invention, at least one rare earth selected from rare earth chloride ((RE) Cl 3 ), rare nitrate ((RE) NO 3 ) and rare earth oxide ((RE) 2 O 3 ) Elemental compound, the rare earth element (RE) is Lanthanum (La), Cerium (Cerium; Ce), Praseodymium (Pr), Neodymium (Nd), Promethium (Pm), Samarium ( Samarium; Sm, Europium (Eu), Gadolinium (Gd), Terbium (Tm), Dysprosium (Dy), Holmium (Ho), Erbium (Er), Thulium (Thulium) At least one rare earth element selected from Tm, Ytterbium (Yb), Lutium (Lu), Scandium (Sc), and Yttrium (Yt). The compost containing the rare earth element according to the present invention is prepared from the manure of livestock fed the rare earth element-containing feed additive according to the present invention as a raw material.
