titleOfInvention | Manganese Peroxidase Gene of Winter Umbrella Mushroom and Recombinant Vector Containing It |
abstract | The present invention relates to a manganese peroxidase gene of a winter umbrella, and a recombinant vector containing the same. The present invention relates to enzymes involved in lignin degradation of white fungi and winter umbrellas, which are used for the biological decomposition of phthalates used as plasticizers. By identifying the genetic function of the manganese peroxidase gene, it is possible to understand the genetic mechanism of wood degradation of fungi, including white fungi. In addition, the present invention can contribute to the production and use of fungi, including edible mushrooms with enhanced lignin degradation by the manganese peroxidase gene.n n n n Winter Umbrella, Manganese AIDS Peroxidase |
