titleOfInvention | Pyrophosphate Baths for Copper-Tin Alloy Plating |
abstract | The present invention consists of amine derivatives, epihalohydrin and glycidyl ether compounds for cyanogen-free copper-tin alloy plating and epihalohydrin to glycidyl ether per mole of amine derivative. A pyrophosphoric acid bath comprising an additive (A) having a molar ratio of 0.5: 2 to 0.1: 5 and a pH of 3-9, and optionally comprising an additive (B) consisting of organic sulfonic acid and / or an euphonic acid salt and A copper-tin alloy coating obtainable thereby. The present invention is available on an industrial scale, and especially in the case of barrel plating, a cyanogen—which can perform a uniform treatment to show a low failure rate even when constantly changing from a high current density to a low state. A pyrophosphate bath for free-type copper-tin alloy plating and a copper-tin alloy coating using the same are provided. n n n Cyanogen-free, copper-tin alloy plating, glycidyl ether compounds |
